The ADVANCE framework is MineLight Solutions’ methodology for helping organizations establish continuous process and performance improvement. Aligned with Lean Six Sigma (LSS) principles, ADVANCE guides executives through the five phases necessary for establishing a cycle of continuous improvement.

To help our clients apply the concepts of ADVANCE within their organization, we use our ADVANCE maturity model to assess their current process improvement capabilities. By starting with this short diagnostic, we are able to quickly identify areas needing the most improvement. We’re then able to focus on the areas where improvement will be the most impactful.

We also offer “Jump Start” workshops that provide a starting point for implementing ADVANCE concepts. We tailor these workshops to meet our clients’ specific needs. The workshops can be customized to address all ADVANCE phases or focus on 1-2 phases that are particularly relevant for an organization.
