Leslie O'Brien - Founder and Principal

Leslie has over 16 years of experience as a management consultant and senior manager working in industries such as communications, technology and consumer electronics. Within these industries, she has specialized in helping companies optimize their product development and innovation management capabilities. She is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and has significant experience driving change within organizations.

Prior to MineLight Solutions, Leslie worked at PRTM Management Consultants, Lucent Technologies, and Sprint. She earned her postgraduate degree in international business relations, technology policy and management, and economic development from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University. She also has a BA with honors in physics from Grinnell College. Leslie is a member of Phi Beta Kappa.

Leslie’s responsibilities at MineLight Solutions include:

• Managing the business methodologies behind MineLight’s solutions, ensuring that they stay current and relevant to the needs of our clients
• Overseeing day-to-day activities for MineLight's consulting engagements
• Working as a member of the management team to refine the company’s value proposition
• Managing MineLight’s marketing program and website
