Responsibilities of a Senior Consultant include design and implementation of tailored solutions and approaches tailored to each client’s unique needs, and completion of client deliverables and activities.  Senior Consultants utilize both MLS’s proprietary product and services offerings and their personal consulting skills and abilities to help clients in a collaborative manner to succeed in their product innovation transformation journey. 

Successful applicants possess a foundation of strong consultative and interpersonal abilities augmented by work experience with top professional services firms or hands-on product development experience in industry.  They have gained effective project and change skills from successful process, organizational structure and technology projects or engagements.  They understand the consulting profession and have a track record of client satisfaction.  Finally, they are motivated to build experience and develop long-term relationships with clients in the Product Innovation market.

Specific requirements for this role are:

• An undergraduate University degree is mandatory.  An MBA or equivalent experience is a strong asset.
• U.S. citizenship.
• Minimum 5 years management consulting experience with a professional services firm or significant project experience with product or services-based companies.
• Experience with New Product Development and stage-gate processes is a valuable asset.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (both written and verbal).
