Leslie has over 22 years of experience working in the areas of strategy development, product development and management, business operations improvement, and complex program management. She has experience in a range of industries including government, wireless communications, consumer electronics, telecommunications equipment manufacturing and logistics. Her current responsibilities include leading management consulting projects, managing day-to-day operations of client projects, and filling interim management roles.
Prior to her work as a management consultant, Leslie was a wireless RF engineer and a business analyst within the telecommunications industry. In these roles, her responsibilities included designing cellular networks, deploying new wireless technologies to existing cellular networks, and studying the viability of Wireless Local Loop (WLL) technologies as the last mile of connectivity in poor, geographically-dispersed communities. Her past employers include Lucent Technologies, Sprint and PRTM Management Consultants.
Leslie earned her postgraduate degree in international business relations, technology policy and management, and economic development from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University. She also has a BA with honors in physics from Grinnell College and is a member of Phi Beta Kappa. Leslie has worked on four continents in countries as diverse as Brazil, Japan and the United Arab Emirates.
